Call for applications – VPH Best Presentation Award 2026

The VPH Best Presentation Award recognises the best oral presentation delivered by a VPH student member during the VPH Conference 2026. The award includes a certificate and a 500€ cash prize.

Eligibility

All VPH student members whose abstracts have been accepted for oral presentation at the VPH Conference 2026 are eligible to apply.

If you are not yet a VPH student member but would like to be eligible for the Best Poster Award, you can join us here.

Student membership also gives you access to a discounted conference registration fee. It costs only 10€ per year and it’s free if you belong to member association.

Application Materials

Students wishing to be considered for the award should send the following documents to this address: 

• Proof of VPH membership (Your VPH membership code can be found by logging in to your personal area here);
• Copy of the accepted abstract.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• A signed statement from the PhD supervisor confirming that:
  • the applicant is a deserving candidate
  • the applicant will not have obtained their PhD degree by the time of the conference
