The Annual Meeting is one of the largest platforms for scientists, physicians, engineers, researchers, students, and young professionals to exchange knowledge and experiences on the latest trends and findings in biomedical engineering. The upcoming conference will focus on a range of topics such as artificial intelligence in biomedical engineering, neural and rehabilitation engineering, digital transformation and regulatory affairs. Another focus of the conference is the promotion of young talents, scientific interaction, and networking. Celebrating 60 years of interdisciplinary exchange at the forefront of biomedical engineering, we look forward to your lively participation!
Southern Germany accounts for 57% of the turnover in the country’s medical technology sector. This makes Augsburg an ideal location for our annual conference. Augsburg University offers excellent infrastructure and direct access to clinical and industry partners. A joint exhibition from industry and research will be an integral part of the conference.
