  • How long does my membership last?

    Membership is valid for one year. It begins on the date your membership application is approved and remains active until the end of that calendar year.

  • When am I supposed to renew the membership?

    Membership renewal takes place at the end of each calendar year. You will receive a reminder with a payment link, and you can also renew your membership through your online membership profile.

  • Can I request an invoice in my name/in the name of my university?

    Yes an invoice will be available as soon as the payment is received. You can enter your preferred billing information directly on the application form.

  • How do I sign up for working groups?

    If you are interested to participate to our Clinical Engagement working group, or the working groups we have in collaboration with the Avicenna Alliance, please contact us, via this form.
