From Progress to Consolidation: VPH Looking Ahead to 2026
As 2025 closes, we celebrate VPH’s progress and look to 2026 as a year of consolidation, with in silico medicine recognised in key EU policies and VPH2026 Conference ahead in Milan.
As we approach the end of 2025, it is time to celebrate the achievements of our Society and its members, while also looking ahead to 2026. If 2025 marked a year of change, 2026 will be a year of consolidation. The year concluded with the European Commission publishing key proposals on the Biotech Act, the revision of the Medical Device Regulation, and the Cardiovascular Health Plan, all of which recognise in silico medicine as instrumental. This acknowledgement reflects the growing maturity of our community and the high quality of work delivered by the Society and its members.
